A naive antique 19th Century oil painting featuring a Dutch windmill on an island surrounded by water.
Painted onto a wooden panel, which looks as though this was originally part of a cupboard door or shutter, and was common practice for artists who couldn't afford canvases.
The painting itself is a little scuffed and scratched, consistent with it's age. The original paint exists on the panel and there is a thin painted trim of gold around the painting.
Measurements are 52cm H x 56cm W.
