A lovely naive 19th Century antique oil painting, of a fishing boat, seascape on a wooden panel. A lovely depiction of a Cornish lugger with it's distinctive red sail.
The painting is on a scrap wooden panel which was the material used by artists who couldn't afford to buy materials such as canvases.
The original blue paint is still on the panel with the seascape painting in the centre.
Measurements are 51cm H x 58cm W.
