A lovely antique painted 19th century, French Curule stool with scroll handles and white painted cane seat. The paint has worn beautifully over the years leaving different layers & tones.

A curule stool is distinctive for it's iconic curved shaped frame and intersecting curved legs.

The cane seat is in good original condition with no damage and has been painted white. The paint shows signs of wear consistent with it's age & use.
