This lovely small portrait is painted in oil paints onto artists board.
The painting is Mid 20th Century vintage and I believe it to be painted by Winifred M Clement Smith (1904 -2000) although it is unsigned. I bought three portraits together, all in a similar style of painting and one is signed by the artist.
Measurements are 25cm W x 30cm H
