This lovely portrait is painted in oil paints onto artists board.
The painting is Mid 20th Century vintage and is painted & signed by Winifred M Clement Smith (1904 -2000) I bought three portraits together, all in a similar style of painting and although only one is signed by her, I believe, from the style of the paintings, that they are all by her.
Measurements are 36cm W x 43cm H
